Do you have a catalog?
Since we carry more than 330,000 patterns (with inventory
availability that changes daily) we have found that sending
pattern-specific listings to our customers better meets their needs. For
this reason, we do not publish a catalog of all inventory we have on hand. If
you would like to receive FREE inventory availability/pricing lists via
e-mail, FAX, or US Mail for your pattern(s) please register
via our convenient online form or call 1-800-REPLACE (800-737-5223) 8am
- 10pm ET, 7 days a week. In addition, you may verify inventory availability
for all of our patterns by clicking the appropriate product tab above!
I would like to receive a listing of pieces in my pattern, but
I am not sure of the name of my pattern. How do I determine the pattern name and
manufacturer?
In the case of china, check the back of a dinner plate. Typically, if the manufacturer
stamped this information on the pieces, it would appear in its most complete form
on the back of the dinner plate. If there are no markings, check any paperwork
provided at the time of purchase. If you still cannot determine the pattern name,

In the case of crystal and flatware, you generally will not find sufficient identification
information stamped on the pieces. In the absence of paperwork or pattern information,
please click on the link above for further pattern identification assistance.
Do you have a Bridal & Gift Registry?
Yes! Simply call us at 1-800-REPLACE (800-737-5223, extension
2394) 9am - 6pm ET, Monday-Saturday and let us know the names of
the bride and groom. Provide us with their pattern(s) and a customized computer
file will be set up to track requested pieces and gift purchases for the newlyweds.
This service is especially effective for newlyweds who have older or hard-to-find

Where do you get your inventory?
Over 700 suppliers from across the country help us maintain
our inventory by buying pieces from jewelry stores, department stores, estate
sales and auctions. In addition, we deal directly with major manufacturers to
obtain additional inventory. We are constantly looking for inventory in all the
patterns that we carry and have the most efficient, successful search service
in the world.
My pattern is still sold in stores; do you carry active patterns
in your inventory?
Yes! We purchase inventory from all major tableware manufacturers and carry
a very large selection of active patterns at prices that offer substantial savings.
We also are continuously adding more active patterns to our selection. All of
these pieces are also covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy.
I received your listing but did not see the pieces I am interested
in. How do I go about getting these pieces?
Our E-mail Request Program is designed to inform
you via e-mail when specifically requested pieces in your pattern (currently
not in our stock) become available. If you participate in this program, we will
let you know when your pieces are available BEFORE we send out notification to
others on file for the pattern. Please call us at 1-800-REPLACE
(800-737-5223) 8am - 10pm ET, 7 days a week to sign up, or use
our online registration form, and indicate which pieces you are searching
for. We have helped tens of thousands of customers obtain hard-to-find pieces
via this service.
What's the best way to care for my china, crystal, and flatware?
Replacements, Ltd. always recommends hand washing – it is the safest way to
care for your china, crystal, and flatware. That's not as troublesome as it sounds! Click here to use the list we've gathered to

I have pieces that I would like to sell. How do I do this?
We buy items from thousands of individuals each year. Click here for detailed

Our expert staff will let you know if we are currently purchasing pieces or sets
in your pattern(s). If so, we will send you via e-mail, FAX, or US Mail a formal
offer indicating the prices that we can pay for pieces that you wish to sell to
us.
I have some damaged pieces of china, crystal, or silver and would
like to inquire regarding having them repaired. What do I do?

We currently do not offer repair service for china, but are working to offer these
services to our customers in the near future.
I would prefer you to e-mail my inventory list. Is this possible?
Yes, we do offer e-mail quotes! Simply fill
out our easy-to-use online registration form. Enter your name, address, e-mail
address, request "E-mail" as a response type and enter your pattern
and piece interest. You will receive your e-mail listing within 24 hours! We can
also quickly FAX an inventory listing to you, and of course we offer 1st Class
US Mail delivery as well.
Do you sell my name and phone number?
We never sell or exchange any of our customer information with any third party. We recognize that privacy is very important to our customers. Can I specify that I would like only "never used" china?
Since we inspect and grade each piece for quality before it is inventoried, we
do not separate pieces based on new or previously owned status.
Rest assured that any piece you purchase from us is fully guaranteed and comes
with our 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy.
You list discounts for some pieces due to "slight," "noticeable," or "considerable imperfections". What does this mean?
Imperfections - As noted on Replacements, Ltd. pattern listing forms
- slightly imperfect pieces are graded and sold separately, and at a lower price,
versus our standard "excellent condition" pieces. **NOTE** Levels
of imperfection are relative to each pattern and take into account grading factors,
age, and availability of the china, crystal, or flatware pattern. Replacements,
Ltd. does not sell items that are chipped or cracked. Tiered classification
system used by Replacements to describe imperfections as follows -
- Slight imperfections (25%) pieces may show signs of slight wear or
use.
- Noticeable imperfections (50%) pieces will show visible use or wear
including surface scratches, minor trim wear, and color wear.
- Considerable imperfections (75%) pieces will show substantial use or
wear - including surface scratches, minor trim wear, and color wear.
What are your shipping & handling rates?
